Virtual Worlds

Avatar in Second Life

Virtual Worlds like Second Life offer fascinating possibilities for interfacing with information-rich environments, machinima (creating digital narratives with virtual characters and locations), and virtual interaction. Fishbon has an account and two pieces of property in Second Life. On one, Alex built a virtual version of the original Fishbon Studio on Helena Street in Santa Barbara. The other is Clay’s house (a tipi actually). The possibilities are endless for gaming, 3D world and avatar development and much more. Contact Clay (clay@fishbon.com) or Alex (lxpk@empowerthyself.com) to get info or get involved.
